Guests will find a bright living space perfect for unwinding after a day at the beaches. The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a streaming TV alongside the hideaway sofa bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped for making everyday meals. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair in the second living space. A laundry room with washer and dryer makes longer stays easy.
Step outside and discover a private backyard and deck centered around an electric heated pool. The outdoor bar, seating area, and outdoor fridge provide a great space to gather for drinks or evening dinners. Sun loungers and an outdoor streaming TV make it easy to relax outdoors. Or enjoy a round of darts or cornhole! The fully fenced backyard gives your dog a safe place to play. Beach essentials including chairs and a cooler are provided for a day trip to the nearby beaches.
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 6 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Pet-friendly! Must be disclosed at the time of booking with a pet cleaning fee.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3–5 days of your stay.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
