Step outside to your outdoor living space featuring a refreshing solar heated pool and outdoor seating plus lounge chairs for soaking up the Florida sun. As the sun goes down, fire up the grill for a cookout and dine al fresco. There’s plenty of green space in the backyard for your dog to sniff around!
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Pet-friendly! Up to 1 medium-sized dog is welcome with a pet cleaning fee. Absolutely no cats.
- Please note the pool is solar heated and is not electric heated.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
