Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, ceiling fan, TV. En-suite bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
- Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combo, single vanity.
The living room has sliding glass doors that open right up to the pool, blending indoor and outdoor living. The open living space has cozy couch seating and a TV. The split floor plan allows the master bedroom extra privacy. The well-stocked kitchen with granite countertop offers a breakfast bar for easy homemade meal times. In the garage, find a pool table for friendly competition with your group.
Step outside to an electric heated pool with southern exposure for plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Relax on the loungers or pool floats to soak up the sun. Fire up the BBQ grill for an al fresco meal on the outdoor dining table.
Rates & Policies
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in the reservation
