Endless Summer sits in the popular SW area of Cape Coral, just minutes from Cape Harbour, the Cape Coral Yacht Club, and several downtown restaurants and tiki bars. It's a great location for guests who want to be close to the area's best dining and marina scene. It is also the ideal home base for boating adventures out to nearby islands or beaches.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, pool deck access, walk-in closet. En-suite bath with a walk-around shower and a centered jetted tub.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV. Adjoining full bath, walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV. Adjoining full bath, walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 4: Two twin beds, TV.
- Guest bathroom: Tub/shower combo.
The well-stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for five. The main dining area seats six, while the kitchen table provides additional seating for four. The family room has seating near glass sliders that can be opened for easy indoor-outdoor living. The great room offers more space to relax, with cozy seating and TV. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer makes longer stays easy. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the house.
The lanai is where you’ll likely spend much of your time. Fire up the gas BBQ grill for an outdoor meal or relax on the loungers while taking in the waterfront views. The pool and spa have an electric heater with a user-friendly controller. More outdoor seating is available on the boat dock looking right over the water. Additional amenities include 2 fishing poles, a child stroller, beach essentials including chairs, towels, a cooler. The owner also keeps 2 bikes in the garage that guests can use but are not part of the rental agreement.
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
