Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV, lanai access. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
- Bedroom 2: King bed.
- Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk bed.
- Additional sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.
Enjoy two living areas for guests to spread out, both with cozy seating and streaming TVs. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with cookware and utensils, along with a drip coffee maker and breakfast bar seating for easy homemade meals. The nearby sliders bring in bright, natural light to the main living space and can be opened up for effortless indoor-outdoor living. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
Step into your private outdoor oasis, featuring a large lanai and a private electric heated pool. The boat dock, complete with a 50,000 lb boat lift, is perfect for guests bringing a larger vessel out for boating. Guests and their dogs can even spot dolphins right from the backyard! There is also a 2-person kayak and 2 fishing poles included for extra fun on the water. A propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating are ready for al fresco dining with your group. There is also another table out by the dock for waterfront views. Take the beach chairs and cooler out for a day trip to the sand.
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Pet-friendly! One small dog is permitted, with a pet cleaning fee due at booking.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for 3–5 days.
- Guests are responsible for propane refills if needed. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
