The expansive lanai offers plenty of outdoor seating and 4 sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sun. The outdoor area includes a fridge and propane BBQ grill. Cook up some fresh-caught seafood or dine al fresco! The boat dock (lift not available) offers direct Gulf access for boating and fishing right from the backyard. The horseshoe driveway has ample on-site parking. Guests can also enjoy 2 adult bikes with helmets and beach essential for a day out.
Rates & Policies:
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- Boat dock is available for use but lift is not available.
