Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet space.
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (twin over futon) with a desk, streaming TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination with access to the pool deck.
This is a split floor plan with a comfortable living room and large streaming TV. The fully equipped kitchen is convenient for making everyday meals. High speed internet runs throughout the home. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair are available in the bunk room. The washer and dryer room is on-hand for longer stays.
Step out to a covered lanai and heated pool for a relaxing spot to cool off. The private yard offers outdoor space to spread out. The propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating are perfect for evening cookouts. There is additional outdoor furniture for lounging by the pool.
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and soap, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- The top bunk bed is not suitable for adults.
- Garage not available for guest use.
