Sleeping Arrangements

The bright, open living space is centered around an entertainment system with a large streaming TV and a PlayStation 3. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. The nearby formal dining room is ideal for group meals. WiFi is available throughout the home.
Step out to an oversized pool deck featuring an electric heated pool and spa with a fountain feature. The lanai doors are equipped with a pool alarm. The sailboat access canal and boat dock make this a true boater's dream spot. Two kayaks are on hand for a leisurely ride down the water. The waterfront tiki hut has beautiful sunset views for an evening drink. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, tables, and loungers for groups to soak up the sun. An outdoor BBQ grill is ready for evening cookouts. The owner also keeps two bikes in the garage that guests may use.
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- Bikes in the garage are available for guest use but are not part of the rental.
