All of our rental properties provide linens, towels, hair dryer(s), washer, dryer, and fully equipped kitchens, so you should only have to bring personal items (body soap, shampoo, etc) and grocery items.

Some paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) are supplied to get the guests started, however, additional supplies must be purchased by the renter.

Yes, other than on rare occasions, all of our rental properties provide standard bath towels only. Please do not take the provided bath towels to the beaches!

No, absolutely no smoking inside any of our rental properties. Smoking is only allowed on outside pool decks or patios.

Yes, we are licensed by Lee county and we are licensed by the state to provide short term rentals.

Please contact us as soon as possible via email or by phone and provide us with a detailed description of the item left/lost at the property. We will try our best to locate the item for you. If an item cannot be located by our staff or the cleaning staff prior to the next guest arrival (which could be on your departure day), it may not be there anymore when they leave. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any of your lost items.

Most of our properties are located throughout Cape Coral and Fort Myers in residential neighborhoods, which may or may not have some level of construction underway at any given time. Unfortunately, we have no control over construction and have no way of knowing if or when construction may begin near any of our rental properties.

All of our properties receive regular professional pest control service, however, please keep in mind that we are in Florida and you will likely still see different types of pests around the property.
