The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Just off the kitchen, a cozy dinette overlooks the pool deck, while the formal dining area seats up to six guests. The family room has a flat-screen TV and sits near the pool deck sliders that can be opened for easy indoor-outdoor living. The garage converted, air-conditioned game room features billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard plus cozy seating and a TV. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
Live the Florida lifestyle while lounging under the sun or swimming in the electric heated pool. The private boat dock gives you access to the Gulf for boating, paddling with the 2 kayaks, or just a day of fishing. Spend your evenings under the tropical tiki hut, complete with its own outdoor TV. Another TV is also available poolside, along with a BBQ grill, dinner seating, and life-size Connect 4 game.
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- This property has exterior cameras facing the driveway and dock area.
- The garage is not available for guest parking, as it has been converted into the game room.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation
