The large master provides a comfy king bed, Firestick TV to access your favorite streaming channels, and En suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed while the second room has 2 twin beds, perfect for families with children. The full guest bathroom comes as a tub/shower combo.

The home has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and comes with an amazing view to the Florida room. Enjoy the perfect Florida lifestyle by relaxing in the electric heated pool, kicking back on the sun loungers, or just taking in the canal views from the sunny Florida room. You will have the entire house of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to yourself.
Master bedroom: King bed with Firestick equipped TV, En suite bathroom, and lanai access

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation. 
 *BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available, but require prior approval by Agent.
