Master bedroom is equipped with King size bed, slider access to lanai and En suite bath. Master bath features soaking tub, huge walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

Both guest bedrooms offer comfy queen beds making this home a perfect space for families or friend groups. All bedrooms have cable and streaming equipped Smart TVs. Guest bath includes tub/shower combo and access to pool deck.

Step outside to the heart of this home where you will find the spacious pool deck with outdoor kitchen and propane BBQ grill. Plenty of outdoor dining space and sun loungers to relax and soak up the Florida sun. Enjoy entertaining at the fun dock tiki hut after a trip down the canal on the paddle boat.
