This newly furnished custom home features 2 spacious living areas. The main great room has a comfy new sleeper sofa and huge flat screen TV with streaming capabilities for movie night with family and friends
The wide-open kitchen with granite countertops comes with everything you could need to make special family meals. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances and a unique built-in ice maker. Spacious dining table seats 6 with 4 more stools at the kitchen counter which creates plenty of seating for all guests.
The large master suite features a luxurious King-size bed, spacious walk in closet and flat screen streaming Samsung TV. Adjoining the master suite is the modern master bath with dual vanities and walk-around shower.
Split from the master suite on the other side of the home are 3 more bedrooms, sharing a guest bath with tub/shower combo. Two of the guest bedrooms also feature comfy King size beds while the 3rd guest bedroom has a bunk with a full and twin, perfect for families with children. Pool half bath is also located on the outside lanai.
The large outdoor area will no doubt be where you spend most of your time, kicking back on the chaise loungers while taking in the gorgeous gulf access views or grilling out on the Traeger pellet grill. Boat dock is available for guest use.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available but require prior approval by Agent.
