  • The property rates include up to 4 guests.  Each additional guest is $15/night plus tax.  Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
  • Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for the first 3–5 days of stay
  • A propane tank is available at the home, but the level is not monitored. Guests may be responsible for refills
